Terms and Conditions

1. General

These terms and conditions apply to all sales of goods and services by PRW Thermal. By placing an order, the Buyer agrees to these terms, which supersede any other terms proposed by the Buyer.

2. Quotations and Orders

Quotations are valid for 30 days unless otherwise specified. Orders are only binding when accepted in writing by PRW Thermal. We reserve the right to refuse any order.

3. Pricing and Payment

Prices are exclusive of VAT and shipping costs. Payment terms are strictly 30 days from the date of invoice for approved credit accounts. PRW Thermal reserves the right to charge interest on overdue payments.

4. Delivery

Delivery dates are estimates. PRW Thermal is not liable for delays caused by circumstances beyond our control. Risk of loss passes to the Buyer upon delivery.

5. Warranty

PRW Thermal warrants that its products will be free from defects in materials and workmanship for a period of 12 months from delivery. The warranty does not cover misuse, unauthorized repair, or normal wear and tear.
